My Treatments
Reiki is an energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
I'll use my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance
of your energy to support healing.
One on One Reiki Session
Reiki treatments last about 45 - 60 minutes. The Reiki session starts by checking in to learn about you and your intentions for the session.
During the session you'll lie on a massage table fully clothed, I'll place my hands above your body in specific locations.
The length of the time I leave my hands in each position is determined by the flow of energy through my hands at each location.
You may experience the energy in the form of sensation like heat, tingling or pulsing where I placed my hands.
Long Distance Reiki Session
Long distance Reiki treatments last about 45 - 60 minutes. Long distance Reiki works best when recipients are in a relaxed environment.
The Reiki session starts by checking in to learn about you and your intentions for the session.
During the session you can lie on a bed or be seated fully clothed. I will send energy trough my hands chakra.
The length of the time I leave my hands in each position is determined by the flow of energy through my hands at each location.
Energy and Chakra Cleanse
I will start the energy and cleaning chakra session by assessing your energy and inform you how your chakra are moving energy through your body. I'll then proceed to conduct a full general sweep and cleanse of your aura along with cleansing of your main chakras using Reiki healing. Cord cuttings will also be conducted as needed.
Each session will conclude with energizing and balancing of the chakras.
